TEKASHI69N TO FACE LIFE SENTENCE IF FOUND GUILTY

Controversial rapper Tekashi69n has found himself on the wrong side of the law again. The 22 years old rapper whose real name is Daniel Hernandez could find himself imprisoned for life. The rapper together with three other suspects was arrested on Sunday by the federal authority. The three include Tekashi69n former manager Kifano “Shotti, one of the victim shot during the incident Faheem “Crippy” Walter and Jensel “Ish” Butler. The rapper was involved in a shout out at a party on the upper east side.

This is not the first time the rapper has found himself on the wrong side of the law. when he was a teenager he spent time at Rikers Island for selling marijuana, He was later accused of child sexual abuse in 2015, in 2018 he was accused of choking a 16-year-old boy in Houston and many other offenses. He is believed to be a New York City gang. In this case, Tekashi69n is accused of federal racketeering and possession of firearms. If the rapper is found guilty he may be imprisoned for 20 years.

The prosecutor painted a picture of a violent person and therefore the Judge should not give him bail. He used the video of Tekashi69n bragging of the shots fired by co-defendant at the Barclay center. The rapper was denied bail and will remain in custody until he faces trial.
